The Payroll Manager is responsible for running all payrolls monthly in a compliant manner, process compliant terminations (final pay, etc.), ensure compliance with payroll related to time & attendance, minimum wage and other pay laws. Working as a Pilates Instructor with Riser Fitness is fun and flexible! We are your W2 employer, offer block scheduling, free Club Pilates membership and classes (based on eligibility and/or availability). PTO, 401k with match, ongoing training and development and more! Our Pilates Instructors are paid an hourly rate and can earn bonus based on class attendance. A typical instructor earns anywhere from $40-70 per class and has additional earning opportunities with new member enrollments, private training and specialized workshops. We pay full class rates for our new member intro classes!!
