The purpose of the Sales Associate is to assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Intro Classes. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team. You will be responsible for tasks such as updating inventory systems, assisting with order processing, and managing product transfers between locations. Your contributions will help maintain efficient retail operations and support our studios in delivering an excellent experience to our members.

Working as a Pilates Instructor with Riser Fitness is fun and flexible! We are your W2 employer, offer block scheduling, free Club Pilates membership and classes (based on eligibility and/or availability). PTO, 401k with match, ongoing training and development and more! Our Pilates Instructors are paid an hourly rate and can earn bonus based on class attendance. A typical instructor earns anywhere from $40-70 per class and has additional earning opportunities with new member enrollments, private training and specialized workshops. We pay full class rates for our new member intro classes!!
