Pilates Instructors
As W-2 employees, Riser Fitness Instructors enjoy a flexible and supportive environment with a range of benefits including block scheduling, paid time off, 401(k) eligibility with a company match, and more. They may also qualify for a complimentary Club Pilates membership. We invest in our instructors’ growth through ongoing training and professional development. Compensation includes competitive hourly pay, with additional bonuses based on class attendance. Typical earnings range from $40–$70 per class, with further earning potential through private sessions, new member enrollments, and specialized workshops. We also pay full class rates for new member introductory classes.
